Overview

EngageNudge uses a small number of subprocessors to run the service. This page names each provider, what it does, and where it processes data. We update this page before a new subprocessor starts processing customer data, and account owners are notified of changes by email.

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, processing configured EU-first)

Hosting and compute for the application, message queues for delivery, event archive storage (R2), AI inference for content assistance (Workers AI), and delivery of sign-in emails. Cloudflare is the backbone of the service.

Neon, Inc. (USA, database hosted in the EU)

The primary Postgres database: accounts, campaigns, and the encrypted audience store. The database region is in the European Union.

Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.)

Subscription billing, invoicing, and tax handling for customer accounts. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Twilio Inc. (SendGrid)

Outbound business email to prospects and business contacts, sent from a separate domain. SendGrid does not process subscriber data.

Push delivery services

Web push is delivered through the endpoint the subscriber's browser assigns: Google for Chrome, Mozilla for Firefox, Apple for Safari. These services are selected by the browser, not by us, and notification payloads are encrypted end to end, so the delivery service cannot read the content.

AI

Content assistance runs on Cloudflare Workers AI, inside the same infrastructure as the rest of the service. Inputs are not used for model training by default, and no separate AI vendor receives customer data.
