Billing and plans
You pay for reachable subscribers: valid push subscriptions that actually received a delivery in the last 90 days, or are younger than 90 days. Dead subscriptions are cleaned automatically and never billed. You see one number and one price. Public plan cards do not meter attempts or “MRS”.

Trial
Every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day install trial with a card on file: verify your install, see your first eligibility report.
Going over your plan
Nothing breaks. You get 10% headroom for 30 days and a friendly upgrade Nudge in the app. We never block a send mid-campaign.
Unlimited sends
Self-serve plans include unlimited Nudges for normal use. Extreme volume is a conversation, not a second meter on the pricing page.
Manage billing
Owners open the Stripe customer portal from Settings → Billing when checkout is configured. Soft launch may still run in test mode. If checkout is unavailable, contact us.
