Audience
Audience is the people who can receive a Nudge: valid push subscriptions on your site. Plans are priced on that cap. Inactive or expired endpoints are not the same as people you can still reach.
What you see
- Active and expired counts
- Included, resting, and recent send volume
- Interest groups from clicks and topics when enough data exists
- Engagement states (active, resting, and related buckets)
Empty audience usually means the SDK is not installed or nobody has allowed notifications yet. Go back to Install and Opt-in.
Topics and filters
Campaigns can target topic ids when you have them. RSS items can carry categories. Auto topic groups in the dashboard are an MVP from click and category data. If a group is empty, there is not enough signal yet.
Export and delete
Owners can export tenant data and schedule tenant deletion under Settings → Privacy. Export is a paid entitlement on some plans. See Privacy and ownership.

Mark your own browsers as test devices so Send a Nudge can go to you first.
